Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act, hereby reappoints Alan R. Curleigh of Montréal, Quebec, to be Chairperson of the Canadian Commercial Corporation to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule hereto, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($310 ‑ $375) and an annual retainer within the range ($8,000 ‑ $9,400).   

Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur la Corporation commerciale canadienne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Alan R. Curleigh, de Montréal (Québec), président du conseil de la Corporation commerciale canadienne, à titre amovible, pour une période de trois ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (310 $ - 375 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (8 000 $ ‑ 9 400 $).
