Whereas Order in Council P.C. 2005-416 of March 22, 2005 contains inaccuracies in the wording, the band name and the reserve names;

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2005‑416 of March 22, 2005:

 

(a) by replacing the words “pursuant to” with “as provided for in” in the English version of the opening words of the Order and the words “en vertu de” with “selon les modalités de” in the French version of the opening words of the Order;

 

(b) by striking out the word “Band” in the band name in the English version of the opening words of the Order and by adding the words “First Nation” in the band name in the French version of the opening words of the Order; and

 

(c) by adding the words “First Nation”, after the word “Sipihk”, in the English version of paragraphs (a) to (f) of the Order and in the French version of paragraphs (a) to (f) of the Order.

Attendu que le décret C.P. 2005‑416 du 22 mars 2005 contient des inexactitudes quant au libellé, au nom de la bande et au nom des réserves,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2005‑416 du 22 mars 2005 :

 

a) en remplaçant l’expression « pursuant to » par « as provided for in » dans la version anglaise des mots introductifs et en remplaçant l’expression « en vertu de » par « selon les modalités de » dans la version française des mots introductifs;

 

b) en supprimant le mot « Band » du nom de la bande dans la version anglaise des mots introductifs et en ajoutant l’expression « First Nation » au nom de la bande dans la version française des mots introductifs;

 

c) en ajoutant, après le mot « Sipihk », l’expression « First Nation » dans la version anglaise des alinéas a) à f) et en ajoutant, après le mot « Sipihk », l’expression « First Nation » dans la version française de ces alinéas.
