Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of

M. Beverley L. Marks, Q.C., of Port aux Basques, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a director of

Marine Atlantic Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, in the place of Donald H. Hann, whose term has expired.

Port aux Basques (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de deux ans, en remplacement de Donald H. Hann, dont le mandat a pris fin.
