Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration enter into the Canada-Ontario Immigration Agreement with the Government of the Province of Ontario, substantially in accordance with annexed draft agreement.

et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 8(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion par le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et le gouvernement de la province d’Ontario de l’Accord Canada-Ontario sur l’Immigration, lequel est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci‑joint.
