Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 27 of An Act to give effect to the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement and the Labrador Inuit Tax Treatment Agreement, assented to on June 23, 2005, being chapter 27 of the Statutes of Canada, 2005, hereby fixes December 1, 2005 as the day on which that Act comes into force, other than sections 22 to 26, which came into force on assent.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’article 27 de la Loi portant mise en vigueur de l’Accord sur les revendications territoriales des Inuit du Labrador et de l’Accord sur le traitement fiscal des Inuit du Labrador, sanctionnée le 23 juin 2005, chapitre 27 des Lois du Canada (2005), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er décembre 2005 la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi, à l’exception des articles 22 à 26, lesquels sont entrés en vigueur à la sanction.
