Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 593 of the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada Act, assented to on June 14, 2001, being chapter 9 of the Statutes of Canada, 2001, hereby fixes December 1, 2005 as the day on which section 474 of that Act comes into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 593 de la Loi sur l’Agence de la consommation en matière financière du Canada, sanctionnée le 14 juin 2001, chapitre 9 des Lois du Canada (2001), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er décembre 2005 la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’article 474 de cette loi.
