Whereas the Honourable Mary F. Dunbar, a Judge of the Family Court Branch of the Superior Court of Justice, has become afflicted with a permanent infirmity disabling her from the due execution of her office and has tendered her resignation;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, hereby

(a) accepts the resignation of the Honourable Mary F. Dunbar; and

(b) pursuant to paragraph 42(1)(c) of the Judges Act, grants an annuity of $149,466.66 to the Honourable Mary F. Dunbar, commencing on the date of this Order in Council and continuing during her life.

Attendu que l’honorable Mary F. Dunbar, juge de la section de la Cour de la famille de la Cour supérieure de justice, a donné sa démission pour incapacité par suite d’une infirmité permanente,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) accepte la démission de l’honorable Mary F. Dunbar;

b) en vertu de l’alinéa 42(1)c) de la Loi sur les juges, accorde à l’honorable Mary F. Dunbar une pension viagère de 149 466,66 $, commençant à la date du présent décret.
