Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes that Minister to sign, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, a Fiscal Financing Agreement and an Own Source Revenue Capacity Agreement with the Labrador Inuit Association and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, summaries of which are set out in the annexed schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise ce ministre à signer, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, un accord de financement budgétaire et un accord sur la capacité de générer des revenus de sources propres, dont les sommaires figurent à l’annexe ci‑jointe, avec l’Association des Inuits du Labrador et le gouvernement de Terre-Neuve‑et-Labrador.
