Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Social Development and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes the Minister of Social Development, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, to enter into a funding agreement on early learning and child care with the Government of the Province of Ontario, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft document.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Développement social et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre du Développement social à conclure, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, avec le gouvernement de la province d’Ontario, un accord de financement pour l’apprentissage et la garde des jeunes enfants conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
