Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 29 of Part IV of the Aeronautics Act, hereby re-appoints

Michel Larose of Île-des-Soeurs, Quebec, to be a part-time member of the Civil Aviation Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, effective November 22, 2002.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l'article 29 de la Partie IV de la Loi sur l'aéronautique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Michel Larose,

d'Île-des-Soeurs (Québec), conseiller à temps partiel du Tribunal de l'aviation civile, à titre inamovible pour une période d'un an, à compter du

22 novembre 2002.
