Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 8 of the Heritage Railway Stations Protection Act, hereby authorizes VIA Rail Canada Inc. to carry out work at its station in Georgetown, Ontario, in the manner described in the annexed schedule.

et en vertu de l’article 8 de la Loi sur la protection des gares ferroviaires patrimoniales, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise VIA Rail Canada Inc. à procéder à des travaux à sa gare de Georgetown, en Ontario, conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe.
SCHEDULE
VIA Rail Canada Inc. is authorized to carry out the following work at its railway station in Georgetown, Ontario:
– remove and replace all mortar joints;
– remove and re-lay displaced stones;
– remove and replace stones where required.
The work must be completed in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Review of Alterations Reports prepared by Parks Canada for this project.
ANNEXE
VIA Rail Canada Inc. est autorisée à effectuer les travaux ci-après à sa gare de Georgetown, en Ontario :
– évider et refaire tous les joints de mortier;
– enlever et replacer correctement les pierres déplacées;
– enlever et remplacer les pierres là où ce sera nécessaire.
Les travaux doivent être réalisés en accord avec les recommandations contenues dans les rapports d’examen de modification préparés par Parcs Canada pour ce projet.
