Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the tax is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits tax under Part I of the Income Tax Act in the amounts of $434.21 and $840.79 for the 2001 taxation year, and all relevant interest thereon, paid or payable by Micheline Malenfant and Roch Malenfant, respectively.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fait remise des montants de 434,21 $ et de 840,79 $ pour l’année d’imposition 2001, ainsi que des intérêts y afférents, payés ou payables par Micheline Malenfant et Roch Malenfant, respectivement, au titre de l’impôt exigible de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu, estimant que la perception de ces montants est injuste.
