Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Western Economic Diversification, pursuant to paragraph 6(1)(f) of the Western Economic Diversification Act, hereby approves that that Minister enter into a Memorandum of Understanding on International Business Development with the Government of Manitoba, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft Memorandum of Understanding.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Diversification de l’économie de l’Ouest canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 6(1)f) de la Loi sur la diversification de l’économie de l’Ouest canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par ce ministre, avec le Manitoba, d’un protocole d’accord pour l’expansion internationale des affaires, lequel est conforme en substance au projet de protocole ci-joint.
