                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 40 of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Audrey Elizabeth O’Brien of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Clerk of the House of Commons, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range GC 8 ($172,000 - $202,300).

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 40 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Audrey Elizabeth O’Brien, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de greffier de la Chambre des communes, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GC 8 (172 000 $ - 202 300 $).
