Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 29 of Part IV of the Aeronautics Act, hereby re-appoints

Michel G. Boulianne of Sainte-Foy, Quebec, to be a part-time member of the Civil Aviation Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, effective November 16, 2002.
