                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Treasury Board, hereby approves the entry into, and renewal of, by the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, on behalf of the Government of Canada, a Contribution Agreement with the Government of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, substantially in accordance with the attached draft agreement, for the benefit of the Inuit communities of Labrador, for a period of three years commencing April 1, 2005 and ending on March 31, 2008.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion et le renouvellement par le ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, d’un accord de contribution avec le gouvernement de la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint, au profit des collectivités inuites du Labrador, pour la période de trois ans commençant le 1^er avril 2005 et se terminant le 31 mars 2008.
