                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities) and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities) to enter into an operating costs contribution agreement with Queens Quay West Land Corporation and Harbourfront Corporation (1990) for infrastructure and non-infrastructure costs, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités) et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités) à conclure avec la Queens Quay West Land Corporation et Harbourfront Corporation (1990) un accord de contribution pour les coûts de fonctionnement liés ou non à l’infrastructure, conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
