                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to paragraph 42(1)(a) of the Judges Act, hereby amends paragraph (b) of Order in Council P.C. 2004-801 of July 7, 2004, by replacing the amount “$174,100” with the amount “$174,066.66”.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’alinéa 42(1)a) de la Loi sur les juges, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’alinéa b) du décret C.P. 2004-801 du 7 juillet 2004 en remplaçant le montant de 174 100 $ par le montant de 174 066,66 $.
