                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 9 of the Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Act, hereby accepts the pre-reserve designations made to Her Majesty in right of Canada by the English River band, now known as the English River First Nation band, of the whole of Grasswoods Indian Reserve No. 192J, in the Province of Saskatchewan, for the purposes of leasing and granting such interests or rights as may be necessary or ancillary to the replacement of existing third-party interests, which designations were assented to by the band on March 17, 2005 and are set out in the annexed

Schedules 1, 2 and 3.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’article 9 de la Loi sur les droits fonciers issus de traités en Saskatchewan, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil accepte les désignations antérieures à la création de réserve faites en faveur de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada par la bande English River, maintenant connue sous le nom d’English River First Nation et visant la totalité de la réserve indienne de Grasswoods n^o 192J, dans la province de la Saskatchewan, aux fins de location à bail et d’octroi des droits ou intérêts nécessaires ou liés au remplacement des intérêts existants de tierces parties, lesquelles désignations ont été sanctionnées par la bande le 17 mars 2005 et sont exposées aux annexes 1, 2 et 3 ci-jointes.
