                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 26(1)(b) of the Broadcasting Act, hereby

(a) amends the English version of Order in Council P.C. 2005-380 of March 22, 2005, by replacing

(i) the expression “Canadian Public Affairs Channel (CPAC)” in the second paragraph of the Order with the expression “Cable Public Affairs Channel (CPAC)”, and

(ii) the expression “direct-to-home distribution undertakings” in the fourth paragraph of the Order with the expression “direct-to-home satellite distribution undertakings”; and

(b) makes the annexed Order Amending the Direction to the CRTC (Reservation of Channels for the Distribution of CPAC) (Miscellaneous Program).

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 26(1)b) de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) modifie, les passages ci-après de la version anglaise du décret C.P. 2005-380 du 22 mars 2005 :

(i) dans le deuxième paragraphe du décret « Canadian Public Affairs Channel (CPAC) » est remplacé par « Cable Public Affairs Channel (CPAC) »,

(ii) dans le quatrième paragraphe du décret « direct-to-home distribution undertakings » est remplacé par « direct-to-home satellite distribution undertakings »;

b) prend le Décret correctif visant le Décret d’instructions au CRTC (réservation de canaux pour la distribution du CPAC), ci-après.
