                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 26(1) of the Citizenship Act, hereby appoints Rochelle Carr Burns of Richmond Hill, Ontario, to be a citizenship judge for a term of one year on a part-time basis.
