                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the variation of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity OC-5, held by Montreal Pipe Line Limited, by the National Energy Board in accordance with Amending Order AO-3-OC-05, a copy of which is attached to this Order.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la modification, par l’Office national de l’énergie, du certificat d’utilité publique OC-5 détenu par Les Pipes-Lines Montréal Limitée, conformément à l’ordonnance modificative AO-3-OC-05 ci-jointe.
