                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 23.1(4) and 25(1) and section 38 of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Act, hereby makes the annexed Administrative Monetary Penalties (OSFI) Regulations.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu des paragraphes 23.1(4) et 25(1) et de l’article 38 de la Loi sur le Bureau du surintendant des institutions financières, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement sur les sanctions administratives pécuniaires (BSIF), ci-après.
