                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, after consultation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Cultural Property Export and Import Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Canadian Cultural Property Export Control List.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien, après consultation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, et en vertu du paragraphe 4(1) de la Loi sur l’exportation et l’importation de biens culturels, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret modifiant la Nomenclature des biens culturels canadiens à exportation controlée, ci-après.
