                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to paragraphs 99(g) and (g.1) of the Customs Tariff, subsection 59(3.2) of the Excise Tax Act and paragraphs 304(1)(g) and (h) and (2)(a) of the Excise Act, 2001, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Ships’ Stores Regulations.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu des alinéas 99g) et g.1) du Tarif des douanes, du paragraphe 59(3.2) de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise et des alinéas 304(1)g) et h) et (2)a) de la Loi de 2001 sur l’accise, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les provisions de bord, ci-après.
