                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to paragraph 133(b) and subparagraph 133(e)(ii) of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Non-Residents’ Temporary Importation of Baggage and Conveyances Regulations.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu de l’alinéa 133b) et du sous-alinéa 133e)(ii) du Tarif des douanes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’importation temporaire de bagages et de moyens de transport par un non-résident, ci-après.
