                     Whereas the Minister of Labour has consulted with the Minister of Canadian Heritage;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to sections 10 and 12 of the Status of the Artist Act, hereby re-appoints David P. Silcox of Toronto, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal, on a part-time basis, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the schedule hereto, which remuneration is 50% of an amount within the range GCQ 6 ($133,500 - $157,100), effective March 1, 2003.

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail et en vertu des articles 10 et 12 de la Loi sur le statut de l'artiste, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de David P. Silcox, de Toronto (Ontario), président du Tribunal canadien des relations professionnelles artistes-producteurs, à temps partiel, à titre inamovible pour une période de deux ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est 50 % d’un montant dans l'échelle GCQ 6 (133 500 $ - 157 100 $), à compter du 1^er mars 2003.
