                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Ligouri Roy of Beresford, New Brunswick, to be a director of the Belledune Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending March 28, 2008.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Ligouri Roy, de Beresford (Nouveau-Brunswick), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Belledune, pour un mandat se terminant le 28 mars 2008.
