                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Julie St-Onge of Chicoutimi, Quebec, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Quebec Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Jonquière, for a term of three years, effective February 15, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Développement des ressources humaines et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l'assurance- emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Julie St-Onge, de Chicoutimi (Québec), président des conseils arbitraux de la division régionale du Québec, et en particulier pour le district de Jonquière, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 15 février 2003.
