                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable André Wery, juge puîné de la Cour supérieure pour le district de Montréal dans la province de Québec, soit nommé juge en chef adjoint de la Cour supérieure du Québec, à compter du 1^er septembre 2005.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advise that the Honourable André Wery, a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the District of Montréal in the Province of Quebec, be appointed Associate Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Quebec, effective September 1, 2005.
