                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Kenneth Savage of Fredericton, New Brunswick, as a director of the Board of Directors of VIA Rail Canada Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, in the place of Yvon G. LeBlanc.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Kenneth Savage, de Fredericton (Nouveau-Brunswick), administrateur du conseil d'administration de VIA Rail Canada Inc. à titre amovible pour un mandat de deux ans, en remplacement de Yvon G. LeBlanc.
