                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes that minister:

(a) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers, authorizing Gerard Power, Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Canada Post Corporation, or Terry Dunn, General Manager, International Relations, or Dave Eagles, Director, International Relations, or Paul Raynaud, Manager, International Business Development, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Acts of the XIX^th Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal; and

(b) to take the action necessary to bring the Acts into force for Canada.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise ce ministre :

a) à établir et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Gerard Power, vice-président, avocat-conseil général et secrétaire de la Société canadienne des postes, Terry Dunn, directeur général, Relations internationales, Dave Eagles, directeur, Relations internationales, ou Paul Raynaud, gestionnaire, Développement des relations internationales, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, les Actes du XIX^e Congrès de l’Union postale des Amériques, de l’Espagne et du Portugal;

b) à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur des Actes pour le Canada.
