                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 108(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby fixes the remuneration of Roger Flood, President and Chief Executive Officer, Marine Atlantic Inc., as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the Crown Corporation Group 5 range ($162,800 - $191,500), effective January 1, 2004.
