                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to sections 3 and 11 of the Pilotage Act, hereby approves the reappointment by the Minister of Transport of Donald Hugh Duffy of Public Landing, New Brunswick, as a member of the Atlantic Pilotage Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu des articles 3 et 11 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le ministre des Transports de Donald Hugh Duffy, de Public Landing (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre de l’Administration de pilotage de l'Atlantique à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
