                  Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby sets apart the lands described in the annexed schedule, for the joint use and benefit of Aitchelitz, Chawathil, Cheam, Chehalis, Kwantlen First Nation, Kwaw-kwaw-Apilt, Leq’a:mel (la camel) First Nation, Matsqui, Popkum, Scowlitz, Seabird Island, Shxw’ow’hamel First Nation, Skawahlook First Nation, Skowkale, Skwah, Shxwhá:y (shhh why) Village, Soowahlie, Squiala First Nation, Sumas First Nation, Tzeachten and Yakweakwioose, bands within the meaning of the Indian Act, as Pekw’xe:yles (peckquaylis) Indian Reserve, in the Province of British Columbia.

                  Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit des bandes Aitchelitz, Chawathil, Cheam, Chehalis, Kwantlen First Nation, Kwaw-kwaw-Apilt, Leq’a:mel (la camel) First Nation, Matsqui, Popkum, Scowlitz, Seabird Island, Shxw’ow’hamel First Nation, Skawahlook First Nation, Skowkale, Skwah, Shxwhá:y (che ouail) Village, Soowahlie, Squiala First Nation, Sumas First Nation, Tzeachten et Yakweakwioose, bandes au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, les terres visées à l’annexe ci-jointe pour constituer la réserve indienne Pekw’xe:yles (peccouélis), dans la province de la Colombie-Britannique.
