                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Smith’s Landing First Nation Treaty Settlement Agreement, dated March 31, 2000, hereby sets apart the lands described in Schedules I and II to this Order, mines and minerals included, for the use and benefit of the Smith’s Landing First Nation as Thebathi Indian Reserve No. 196, Thabacha Náre Indian Reserve No. 196A, Tthe Jere Ghaįlį (gahneelee) Indian Reserve No. 196B, Łi Dezé (lee deza) Indian Reserve No. 196C, K’i Túe Indian Reserve No. 196D, Hokedhe Túe Indian Reserve No. 196E, Tśu K’adhe Túe Indian Reserve No. 196F, and Tśu Túe Indian Reserve No. 196G, in the Province of Alberta.

                  Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l‘accord intitulé Smith’s Landing First Nation Treaty Settlement Agreement, en date du 31 mars 2000, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la bande Smith’s Landing First Nation, les terres visées aux annexes I et II ci-jointes, mines et minéraux compris, pour constituer la réserve indienne Thebathi n^o 196, la réserve indienne Thabacha Náre n^o 196A, la réserve indienne Tthe Jere Ghaįlį (ganilé) n^o 196B, la réserve indienne Łi Dezé (li dèza) n^o 196C, la réserve indienne K’i Túe n^o 196D, la réserve indienne Hokedhe Túe n^o 196E, la réserve indienne Tśu K’adhe Túe n^o 196F et la réserve indienne Tśu Túe n^o 196G, dans la province d’Alberta.
