                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister for Internal Trade, Deputy Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, and Minister responsible for Official Languages, pursuant to subsection 24(1) of the Canada Elections Act, hereby appoints Mary Grace DiTomaso, 322 Fifth Street, Midland, Ontario, to be the Returning Officer for the electoral district of Simcoe North, as established in the Representation Order proclaimed on August 25, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre du Commerce intérieur, leader adjoint du gouvernement à la Chambre des communes, et ministre responsable des langues officielles et en vertu du paragraphe 24(1) de la Loi électorale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Mary Grace DiTomaso, 322, rue Fifth, Midland (Ontario), directeur du scrutin pour la circonscription électorale de Simcoe-Nord, tel qu’établi selon la proclamation de l’ordonnance de représentation en date du 25 août 2003.
