                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2005-6, hereby appoints Luc Lainé of Wendake, Quebec, to the position of Aboriginal Affairs Commissioner for Québec City’s 400^th Anniversary Celebrations, to hold office during pleasure, for a term ending December 31, 2008, and fixes his remuneration and other conditions of employment as set out in the schedule hereto, which per diem is within the range ($260 - $315).

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n° 2005-6 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Luc Lainé, de Wendake (Québec), au poste de commissaire aux affaires autochtones pour les Fêtes du 400^e anniversaire de Québec, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 31 décembre 2008, et fixe sa rémunération et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, dont le taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle (260 $ - 315 $).
