                        Whereas Order in Council P.C. 2003-1985 of December 11, 2003, set apart certain lands described in the schedule to that Order, for the use and benefit of the Mushuau Innu First Nation as Natuashish Indian Reserve No. 2, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador;

                     And whereas the description of the lands in the schedule to the English version of that Order contains an inaccurate statement in the second paragraph in that the sentence which reads “Said parcel containint about (Water Lot) in shown Detail “B” on said plan” should read “Said parcel does not include Lot 6 (Water Lot) shown in Detail “B” on said plan.”;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby amends the English version of Order in Council P.C. 2003-1985 of December 11, 2003, by replacing the schedule to that Order with the annexed schedule.

                     Attendu que le décret C.P. 2003-1985 du 11 décembre 2003 met de côté certaines terres, à l’usage et au profit de la Première nation des Innus Mushuau, pour constituer la réserve indienne Natuashish n^o 2, dans la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador;

                     Attendu que la version anglaise de la description légale des terres figurant à l’annexe de ce décret contient une erreur dans le deuxième paragraphe qui se lit comme suit : « Said parcel containint about (Water Lot) in shown Detail “B” on said plan. » devrait plutôt être rédigée en ces termes : « Said parcel does not include Lot 6 (Water Lot) shown in Detail “B” on said plan. »,

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie la version anglaise du décret C.P. 2003-1985 du 11 décembre 2003 en remplaçant l’annexe de ce décret par l’annexe ci-jointe.
