                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsections 71(1) and (3) of the Canada National Parks Act, assented to on October 20, 2000, being chapter 32 of the Statutes of Canada, 2000, hereby fixes October 1, 2005 as the day on which paragraph 17(1)(c) and the description of Gros Morne National Park of Canada in Part 10 of Schedule 1 of that Act come into force.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu des paragraphes 71(1) et (3) de la Loi sur les parcs nationaux du Canada, sanctionnée le 20 octobre 2000, chapitre 32 des Lois du Canada (2000), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er octobre 2005 la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’alinéa 17(1)c) et du texte décrivant le parc national du Gros-Morne du Canada à la partie 10 de l’annexe 1 de cette loi.
