                     Whereas Order in Council P.C. 2002-425 of March 21, 2002, sets apart certain lands described in Schedule I, in accordance with the Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement, dated September 22, 1992, for the use and benefit of the Muskowekwan Band as Muskowekwan Indian Reserve No. 85-39, in the Province of Saskatchewan;

                     And whereas Order in Council P.C. 2002-425 of March 21, 2002, contains an inaccurate number in the first paragraph of Schedule I as to the Plan of Survey;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby replaces number “BG443” with “CG443” in the second paragraph of the part entitled “Firstly” of Schedule I to Order in Council P.C. 2002-425 of March 21, 2002.

                     Attendu que le décret C.P. 2002-425 du 21 mars 2002 met de côté certaines terres décrites à l’annexe I, conformément à l’entente intitulée Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement du 22 septembre 1992, à l’usage et au profit de la bande Muskowekwan, à titre de réserve indienne Muskowekwan n^o 85-39, dans la province de la Saskatchewan;

                     Attendu que le décret C.P. 2002-425 du 21 mars 2002 contient, au premier paragraphe de l’annexe I, un numéro incorrect relatif au plan d’arpentage,

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil remplace le numéro « BG443 » par « CG443 » au deuxième paragraphe de la partie intitulée « Premièrement » de l’annexe I du décret C.P. 2002-425 du 21 mars 2002.
