                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsection 10(1) and section 11 of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Act and Orders in Council P.C. 2003-2047, P.C. 2003-2049 and P.C. 2003-2050 of December 12, 2003, hereby approves that the Minister for International Trade enter into an agreement on International Business Development with the Government of Alberta, in accordance with the annexed draft Memorandum of Understanding.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu du paragraphe 10(1) et de l’article 11 de la Loi sur le ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Commerce international ainsi que des décrets C.P. 2003-2047, C.P. 2003-2049 et C.P. 2003-2050 pris le 12 décembre 2003, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre du Commerce international d’un accord sur l’expansion internationale des affaires avec le gouvernement de l’Alberta, lequel est conforme en substance au projet de protocole d’entente ci-joint.
