                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Migratory Birds Regulations and Other Regulations in consequence, pursuant to

(a) subsection 12(1) of the Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994; and

(b) paragraphs 59(b) and (f) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les oiseaux migrateurs et d’autres règlements en conséquence, ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 12(1) de la Loi de 1994 sur la convention concernant les oiseaux migrateurs;

b) des alinéas 59b) et f) de la Loi canadienne sur l’évaluation environnementale.
