                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development and Minister responsible for Democratic Renewal, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Sean Strickland of Waterloo, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Kitchener, for a term of three years, effective September 30, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et ministre responsable du renouveau démocratique et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l’assurance-emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Sean Strickland, de Waterloo (Ontario), président des conseils arbitraux de la division régionale de l’Ontario, et en particulier pour le district de Kitchener, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 30 septembre 2005.
