                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby appoints Ross Anthony Pattee of North Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Vancouver Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective July 18, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Ross Anthony Pattee, de North Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Vancouver), à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 18 juillet 2005.
