                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with Specific Agreement Phase II, dated July 25, 1994, hereby sets apart the lands described in the schedule hereto, mines and minerals included, for the use and benefit of the Garden River First Nation Band as an addition to Garden River Indian Reserve No. 14, in the Province of Ontario.

                      Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’entente intitulée Specific Agreement Phase II, datée du 25 juillet 1994, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la bande Garden River First Nation, les terres décrites à l’annexe ci-jointe, mines et minéraux compris, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Garden River n^o 14, dans la province d’Ontario.
