                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Terrence A. Platana, juge principal régional de la Cour supérieure de justice pour la région nord-ouest, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure de justice, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that the Honourable Terrence A. Platana, Regional Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Justice for the Northwest Region, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
