                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable John F. McCartney, juge de la Cour supérieure de justice, soit nommé juge principal régional de cette Cour pour la région nord-ouest, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that the Honourable John F. McCartney, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, be appointed Regional Senior Judge of this Court for the Northwest Region and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
