                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement, dated September 22, 1992, hereby sets apart, for the use and benefit of the Ochapowace Band:

(a) the lands described in Schedule I hereto, mines and minerals included, as Ochapowace Indian Reserve No. 71-69, in the Province of Saskatchewan;

(b) the lands described in Schedule II hereto, mines and minerals included, as Ochapowace Indian Reserve No. 71-91, in the Province of Saskatchewan;

(c) the lands described in Schedule III hereto, mines and minerals included, as Ochapowace Indian Reserve No. 71-97, in the Province of Saskatchewan; and

(d) the lands described in Schedule IV hereto, mines and minerals included, as Ochapowace Indian Reserve No. 71-104, in the Province of Saskatchewan.

                      Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’entente intitulée Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement, datée du 22 septembre 1992, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la bande Ochapowace :

a) les terres décrites à l’annexe I ci-jointe, mines et minéraux compris, à titre de réserve indienne Ochapowace n^o 71-69, dans la province de la Saskatchewan;

b) les terres décrites à l’annexe II ci-jointe, mines et minéraux compris, à titre de réserve indienne Ochapowace n^o 71-91, dans la province de la Saskatchewan;

c) les terres décrites à l’annexe III ci-jointe, mines et minéraux compris, à titre de réserve indienne Ochapowace n^o 71-97, dans la province de la Saskatchewan;

d) les terres décrites à l’annexe IV ci-jointe, mines et minéraux compris, à titre de réserve indienne Ochapowace n^o 71-104, dans la province de la Saskatchewan.
