                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission grant a five-year extension, starting April 1, 2007, to an existing five-year lease with 4058844 Canada Inc., carrying on business as “Earl of Sussex Pub”, for parts of the premises located at 431 Sussex Drive in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, and otherwise on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, d’une prolongation de cinq ans, à compter du 1^er avril 2007, du présent bail de cinq ans conclu avec 4058844 Canada Inc., une société exploitant une entreprise sous le nom de « Earl of Sussex Pub », visant une partie du bien-fonds située au 431, promenade Sussex à Ottawa et dont la désignation officielle figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
